Thermal Grease



Thermal Grease is made of Silicon thermally conductive filler, high-temperature synthetic oil, stabilizer and additive and it is characterized by a high thermal conductivity.

- A grey or White Silicon substance that apply a thin Layer goes in between LED, Heat sink or Thermal Conductive material before installing a LED MCPCB or Semiconductor. This Layer will reduce air pockets & create the Best Thermal Path, It allows for an efficient transfer & Dissipate of heat from LED or Electronics Components to the surrounding air through Heat sink,

Instruction

 

  • Before using , clean the surface / substrate properly
  • Please use Brush , Spatula or Scraper to apply Thermal Grease on Object Caution
  • Please apply very thin layer or moderate Quantity on the Objects Surface ,Using of Excess thickness will affect the efficiency of heat conduction
  • Keep Away from Children
  • Stores in a Dry place at 25*C
  • Avoid Direct Sunlight
  • If contact with the skin or Eye than wash with Water and Wipe clean , if any reaction or pain than go to hospital or Doctor to check

Storage and Transport

 

  • This Product should be stored in a dry and cool place , avoid rain , Sun Exposure , Storage Period of 24 months (25*C) ,
  • During storage a small amount of silicone oil may outflow and this is a normal state , please mix properly before using , This does not affect the use of results
