- A grey or White Silicon substance that apply a thin Layer goes in between LED, Heat sink or Thermal Conductive material before installing a LED MCPCB or Semiconductor. This Layer will reduce air pockets & create the Best Thermal Path, It allows for an efficient transfer & Dissipate of heat from LED or Electronics Components to the surrounding air through Heat sink,
